Two days ago, my bf and I had manual sex (he fingered me) and he had touched his penis beforehand, so I’m not sure if he could have had some precum on his fingers. He definitely did not have cum yet, sooo, should I be worried about pregnancy risk?

The situation you’re describing here sounds like indirect contact with pre-ejaculate at best, which is not how pregnancy occurs. It sounds, though, like you’re having some persisting anxiety about pregnancy risk. I see that last time, Andy sent you an article on what activities do and do not pose a risk to pregnancy. Were you able to take a look at that article?

Yes! I read it a hundred times, but I struggle with ocd, so I was still needing some reassurance.

Ah, I hear you on that! Thank you for sharing that information, that is really helpful to know. I know it can be so difficult and frustrating to deal with pregnancy anxiety when you’re also struggling with OCD. I do think, in these circumstances, reassurance does more work to continue the cycle of anxiety than end it. In times when you’re having more of a flare-up with anxiety related to pregnancy risk, it may be best to take a break from sexual activity, so you have less triggering anxiety. How does that sound to you?

Im definitely going to try that; my boyfriend has noticed my anxiety before and he actually had proposed to give it so time, so I will try.
