I don't know what we are

So I am in the 10th grade and I started dating this guy named Tyler in 7th and we lasted till the middle of eighth grade but then I moved and we broke up. But, I moved back this year and I started going to the same highschool as him about 2 months into the year he asked me out to a party and we ended up drinking and doing it in his car. But, after it happened he ignored me in school and started dating another girl and when I started to date another guy at school he got mad. He says that he wants to just be friends but then whenever i do anything with any guys he gets mad and starts gosting me. Pls help.

Hey chy!
My immediate thought is that he's not being a very good friend by acting this way, and overreacting to you continuing to have a dating life.
What do you think about it? Are you still thinking you want to be friends with him?

Thanks for the reply Jacob, to be honest, I rethought our friendship after I read your reply and decided to give our friendship a break and try again when we both have had some time to think about what we are and what we want to be. - Chy

I’m glad to hear that Jacob’s response helped you reflect on your friendship a bit, and that you’re taking a break for yourself. It’s so important that the relationships in your life are good experiences for you, too, so I think your plan to take a break is a very good one. Is there any support you can think of that might be helpful for you as you take a break from being friends with him?

Hello KierC,
Thank you for your response. To your question on whether there is any support I can think of that might be helpful for me as I take a break from being friends with him, I have multiple friends who are helping me and he also decided that he wanted to do the same thing. We are attempting to figure what is going to happen.
