Hi guys! Just wanted to make sure I was using this right. Have something going on that I’d prefer to speak directly with someone about, and I had started a chat, but now whenever I go back to it it just says chat unavailable, so just wanted to make sure I was doing it right. Thanks!

It got disconnected again, and still shows as unavailable.

Sorry about that, we still had a line open to you - however if you close the chat, that connection can sometimes be lost unless we open up chat to everyone again.

If you want to try again I can open it up... I don't know if this was the problem this time, but I'd ask that you open chat through the circle in the bottom right corner of the screen (which appears when chat is open) as that seems to work better than opening chat in a separate tab.

Let me know when you're ready and I'll re-open chat, if we keep getting disconnected I'm happy to follow up by email in this particular situation!
