Is masturbating for a long period of time unhealthy?

Hi! So I’m new here and I’m looking for an answer to a question that I’ve had for a while now. Is it unhealthy for me to masturbate for a long period of time for example maybe 5-6 hours straight?

Hi Martin!

There isn't anything inherently unhealthy about masturbating for any period of time.

I guess it's like asking if it's unhealthy to go running for 5-6 hours straight - people do run marathons!

If you're going for the world record, it seems that stands at 9hrs 33mins and your main concerns are going to be sports injuries and dehydration.

Lube is recommended. Good luck.
