Hello!
A few days ago (or a week idk) I wrote if I could get pregnant by dry humping with wet underwear. After reading what you send me and some more articles from this site, I felt a little bit more relieved. However, I don't know why sometimes the stress/anxiety of the possibility (which I know is almost 0%) of being pregnant comes out yet again. It's like, even though I have already read a million papers, I can't convince myself that I'm not pregnant.
Is there some way you know that could help me relax? Like, some strategy aside of informing myself? Or should I continue to inform myself or try to ignore it until my period comes? That, by the way, is due to 1 or 2 weeks (I'm not regular).

Re: How to relax until period
Hi there, Chariemayly753
I'm glad Aarij and Kier's advice was helpful! It's alright that it didn't fix everything — these sorts of concerns are often persistent, and informing yourself is only one part of the puzzle.
You can continue to inform yourself and wait it out, but in terms of other things you could try: this article (You're Not Pregnant. Why Do You Think You Are?) provides a very thorough discussion of the reasons why you might still feel stressed, with strategies that you might use to handle them. And this article (Anxiety and Other Mental Health Resources) lists some resources that you could use to deal with anxiety.
Let us know if you have any more thoughts/questions!
