I have a serious overthinking problem.
Hello everyone…
I researched to much and apparently some people can go through a whole pregnancy and have a period, and I’m freaking out? Is that so bad of me?

Hey there Kasi,
I’m sorry to hear you’re anxious about this! It’s not bad of you to be anxious, and it’s good that you’re recognizing that you feel this way so you can get support and clarification. Some folks can experience bleeding during pregnancy that can look like a period, but it’s not a period. Though, looking through your other posts it seems like the activity you described does not pose a risk to pregnancy. I see we sent you some resources on human reproduction and what can and cannot cause pregnancy, but I understand that sometimes the anxiety still persists. Would you say you’re feeling more anxious in general, or is it mostly related to pregnancy risk?
Editing to add these resources in case you’d like to go through them again.
