Pregnancy due to switching pills?

Hello scarleteen, I’ve been using your sources for a while now and hopefully this reaches out to someone with more expertise than I as I’m currently going through a panic.
I recently switched birth control pills from Philith to Vienva for mental health reasons. However I fear I might I have messed up transitioning. I took my normal 28 active/inactive pills and got my induced period. After the 7 day break day I started my new birth control and thought nothing of it until I started googling… seeing everyone say it’s best to start the next pill with “no breaks” so I think me taking the placebo week made my pill unreliable if I didn’t use condoms for 7 days since starting. Did I completely mess up or is there still some sort unreliability. Because…
I had protected sex with condoms. However 2 days ago my partners condom slipped out onto when he pulled out. He promised me no semen got on me but mentally I know there’s always a probability. I feel like I should’ve gotten a plan b but at the same time I thought it would’ve made hormones worse. It’s still only the third day since it happen so would it be worth getting a plan b? Praying my bc is reliable (
