Hello everyone! I hope 2025 is treating you all well so far. I know what I'm about to ask might sound stupid, but I am anxious about it and could use some advice. I'm F(22). About two weeks ago, I was at my boyfriend's house and we touched each other, but no PIV occurred. It happened right at the beginning of my fertile window, according to my app. I know apps aren't that reliable, especially if you want to track your ovulation, but after a few days, I had ovulating symptoms (cervical mucus). What makes me so anxious is that I'm supposed to get my period in 3 days and I have zero symptoms of PMS (pimples and tender breasts). This has never happened to me before. I had late periods in the past and I still had those symptoms before even knowing that it was going to be a late period. Another thing that makes me very nervous is that 5 days ago I saw some spotting and, again, this is the first time it happened to me. I want to mention that he never finished, but I'm just so scared that he might've fingered me after touching himself. I wish I could convince myself this is impossible, but I genuinely can't. The spotting and the missing symptoms don't help at all. Also, the fact that this happened at the beginning of my ovulation is making me feel like there's a chance, even if it's almost insignificant.
