Boyfriend and sexual intimacy

I've had sexual thoughts about my boyfriend and we haven't exactly talked about how we would go about sexual intimacy or taking about those things. I don't wanna make him uncomfortable but I wanna be open with him about how I feel. How should I go about bringing it up?

Hello again!

Can you tell me a little more about why you're worried about making your boyfriend uncomfortable? What do you think you could say that would make him feel that way?

I dunno, I guess I just worry that he might not be ready to talk about that or something of the sorts. I don't wanna come off as pushy considering we've only been dating a few months.

Okay, thanks for that.

Have you yet been physically intimate at all? Like, has there been any kissing, cuddling, anything like that? If so, how has talking about any of that gone so far?

We live a few states away so we cant exactly be physical. The most we've ever talked about is saying we would cuddle and kiss each other.

So, this given, the stakes feel pretty low here. What I mean by that is that all this would be for now then is talking, it's not like anyone is going to feel any kind of pressure to be physical if that's not what they want.

What is it that you'd like to share with him that feels different than what you have talked about so far? What would you be looking for from him from this kind of conversation?
