The amount of moisture produced from our genitals when we're aroused, or turned on, can vary a lot from person to person, and it sounds like you possibly ended up with slightly wetter genetics? (not a scientific term!) However it is very common for arousal in general (whether it has physical signs or not) to happen a lot when we aren't expecting it especially around the age you are now and it can be super distracting and/or annoying when we intended to be doing or thinking about something else.
