Touched myself after contact with partner’s boxers — should I be concerned?

Hi everyone, I’m 18 and in my first relationship. Today, my boyfriend touched me and helped me orgasm. Afterwards, I tried to do the same for him, but he only got some pre-cum, and it was all through our underwear.

Later, we went for a walk, and when I got home I was still feeling turned on (I’m ovulating right now), so I touched myself again over my underwear. At one point I pushed my finger in a little, and then I suddenly panicked because I remembered I had touched the fabric of his boxers earlier, which had pre-cum on it.

Now I’m feeling really paranoid about whether that could cause pregnancy. I know it might sound silly, but I’d love some reassurance and tips on how to be more cautious in the future.

Thanks so much! :D

Hi SophiePR and welcome!

From this situation here, you could not have gotten pregnant. Sperm cells are pretty picky and need very specific conditions to stay alive (conditions that certainly were not met here!)

I pulled some articles I think could be helpful for you in enhancing your understanding of reproduction, and the worries that may come with it.
