I swear I put 2000 for my birthday but I guess I clicked 1998 so I'm really 14 not 16 how do I get that changed?

Up near the top of the page, on the left hand side, you'll see a link that says "user control panel." If you click on that and then go to the profile tab, you should be able to edit you info.
