Okay, so, when my stomach is upset (not hurting, just feeling off) I masturbate and it almost always feels better. I don’t even have to orgasm. Can somebody tell me why?? Like, is there science? (I’m afab for reference)

Hi there, Mack520
What an interesting question! As I understand, masturbation can release hormones that improve mood and have pain relieving effects -- I imagine that could have the effect of helping your stomach with discomfort.

Also, when our bodies get sexually aroused, it changes where all the blood in our bodies is flowing to: much more flows towards our genitals, so that can change how your whole body feels.
Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. - Margaret Mead
