Re: questions about masturbation
Hi Gracie!
I’d be happy to address your questions
1. To clarify, do you mean is it okay to masturbate while a urinary catheter is in place, or do you mean is it ok to use a catheter to masturbate? I wouldn’t suggest using a catheter to masturbate, but if you have one currently for medical reasons, it should be okay to masturbate with it, though I would take care to avoid moving it too much, and definitely stop if anything becomes uncomfortable or painful. It’s also always a good idea to check in with your doctor who placed the catheter to ask if there’s anything about your specific situation that might pose concerns. However, if you have the catheter because of surgical reasons, like if you also have stitches, you’ll want to definitely check in with your doctor before doing anything with it. How does that all sound to you?
2. There’s a few possibilities for this! Most likely is that this is normal vaginal discharge, which can range in color and consistency, but can be a milky white color. So, when you’re masturbating and feeling aroused, the vagina can self-lubricate, and that self-lubrication can get mixed in with normal vaginal discharge, making the whole thing appear more white. Does that make sense? We also have an advice column that goes through this topic a little more in-depth if you’d like to read more: What is that white fluid that came from my vagina?. We also have this article that describes all sorts of vaginal secretions: Honorably Discharged: A Guide to Vaginal Secretions.
3. Being horny or aroused is totally normal, even if it happens frequently! It’s hard to say why you’re aroused often, because so many factors contribute to arousal. But, if it’s not bothersome to you, it isn’t a problem! That being said, do you find that the amount of arousal or horniness you experience is worrisome or bothersome for you?

Re: questions about masturbation
That white stuff is probably just the kind of vaginal discharge we tend to see in the latter half of the menstrual cycle. It isn't about masturbation itself, it's about fluids that are already part of your body that you usually will see on your underwear with or without masturbation.
