Clit pain

I've looked it up but unfortunately I can't find anything. Everything says 'pelvic pain' but this isn't pelvic pain. It is a sharp pain in my clit that gets unbearable when pressure is applied. I don't know what to do because it’s genuinely awful. Sure I should be going to the doctor but I'm very nervous, and embarrassed. I've been feeling this for a while and u thought I'd come here and ask. I want to at least get an idea of what it might be and then see what I should do with that knowledge. The pain is almost like under the hood of my clit on the left side. It started after I used a certain 'vibrating device' to masturbate and I think I used it too aggressively.

Hi, E.rara 134:
I am so sorry you are experiencing pain there. Since this happened right after using your vibrator, it is very likely due to that and you may have punctured something or scratched there. To be certain everything is alright, I do recommend going to the doctor of your GYN to get checked out. Unfortunately, we cannot provide medical assistance.

I want to add that a puncture is not at all likely here, as the clitoris can't punctured. It also seems less likely to me that you hurt yourself with your vibrator (unless it was cheap and had sharp edges). However, there are more common things that can cause clitoral pain, things like the accumulation of smegma (a collection of body oils and fluids that can sometimes harden), clitoral adhesions, even a yeast infection.
Like Tara said, this is something to bring to an OB/GYN, or, if you don't have one or feel comfortable with a general provider, your general doctor or clinic. And in the meantime, I'd suggest not touching it to a degree you can help it.
Do you need help finding this kind of healthcare?
