For your first question, sometimes we aren't always able to achieve orgasm right away or every time we orgasm. I am not sure if this means that your first time will be stronger or not - it could - but if you keep practicing and using different techniques, you will likely achieve orgasm.

For your second question, you might want to start with being honest and see if that person is on the same page as you.

Lastly, I am not sure of specific techniques to induce wet dreams; in my experience and from what I have heard they usually happen sponteneously or in tandem with a dream.
