Ejaculation Cleanliness and Weird Climax (Masturbation)

Hi! I hope it’s okay I combined two questions; they’re related. I’m a 13 YO circumcised AMAB.

1. I masturbate frequently and usually ejaculate when I do. It’s mostly onto a pillow, but some could spread onto sheets. What (if anything) should I do to keep my bed clean and healthy?

2. My ejaculation is preceded by a climax of pleasure. Once I ejaculate, my genitals stop becoming pleasurable to touch. (They even feel a bit uncomfortable when I do the same thing that brought me pleasure seconds ago.) My thighs often feel tingly, with blood flow I’m guessing. I doubt this is orgasm because there is no voluntary or involuntary muscle contraction, though I wouldn’t know; I’ve never had one.

Is this a common occurrence? Is there anything I can do to stop this event from ending my sessions?

It sounds like you are experiencing orgasm: that climax of pleasure you describe that happens right before ejaculation is most likely orgasm: that's precisely what an orgasm is! Too, those muscle contractions can be subtle, and you probaly feel them when you're ejaculating, since it sounds like for you so far, you ejaculate after orgasm (it can also happen without ejaculation). It's also normal after orgasm or even just after arousal for our bodies or parts of them to feel hypersensitive or tingly: arousal, as you surmised, brings increased blood flow, and that and all your central nervous system is doing during the sexual response cycle is why. Usually, all someone needs to do is wait a little bit, then start again. This may also change for you over time: it's more common to have a harder time pushing through that sensitivity to continue when we're younger or sex of any kind is newer to us.

In terms of cleaning up, you could simply just put a washcloth or small towel on your pillow and then wash and rinse it out after.
