So I got a new toy because the first one I got wasn't very good, so I'm doing the things, and I got a Charlie horse, was not fun -5/10 experience, my leg still hurts lol (sorry needed to share) :?

We don't typically offer information about general body ailments as we are not trained outside of relationships, sex, and gender health topics. If the cramps continue, you might want to schedule an appointment with your PCP to talk about how you can avoid future cramping!
