What you have just described sounds like a very common experience for those with vulvas who masturbate. You are certainly no alone in having this experience, and even though this kind of thing does not get discussed very often, it is a totally normal part of experiencing arousal and potentially orgasm. The feeling of having peed is probably ejaculate fluid exiting the vagina, a very normal occurance, and one that sometimes can be felt as it enters the vaginal canal from the cervix, but doesn't always make it outside the body.
