Pregnancy Scare
Hello, I know this might sound weird but I've been really anxious about this since last week and the worse is I can't talk about this to anyone because I'm scared that they might judge me for doing these things. Me and my boyfriend had an outercourse, really no penetration last March 29, and according to my Flo App that day, ovulation is likely to happen in 7 days (today, April 5). I am just scared because his penis touched the opening of my vagina for a bit because he tried grinding for a bit but stopped and then his precum touched the sides of thighs and it's so near my vulva, also, he ejaculated on my stomach and it dripped to the upper portion of my vulva when I walked to the comfort room to wash it. I washed his sperm with water and then some soap afterwards. I also remember him inserting a finger inside but I'm not sure whether his finger is wet with sperm or not which added more stress to me. 23 hours after that, I took an emergency contraception called Victoria One Step because I'm so anxious and the stress has been eating me. I still haven't talked to him about it till this day.
Additionally, last April 2, he tried inserting his penis inside my vagina but he used a condom. He failed tho and he removed the condom afterward and we just did other stuff like making out.
Is there a chance that I could be pregnant from all of that? It's been a week now and I still think about it. I can't even take a pregnancy test now because i think it's going to be too early. Please help me.

Hi there! Welcome to the Scarleteen boards. I'm glad you've decided to share your questions here, and we're not going to judge you at all
From your explanation, it doesn't sound like you could be pregnant. You've taken an emergency contraception within the recommended time window of its consumption, you've cleaned up after your boyfriend ejaculated on you, and the last time the two of you attempted intercourse, he was using a condom. Once you washed his ejaculation away in the bathroom, the chance of pregnancy is highly reduced.
Emergency contraception pills like Victoria One-Step works by delaying or preventing ovulation from happening, so it affects when your ovulation actually occurs. (So yes, you might want to wait 1-2 weeks after your most recent sexual activity before taking a pregnancy test.)
You've mentioned that you can't really talk to this to anyone else, but would it be possible to bring this up to your boyfriend? The two of you might also want to discuss how sex looks in your relationship moving forward--especially if this is the first time this has happened. In the meantime, I'd highly recommend not doing a deep internet dive and put yourself into overthinking--it'd be great if you could focus on doing things that make you calm and focused, like savoring a favorite snack or going out for a walk. How does that sound to you?

Re: Pregnancy Scare
Hi! Thank you so much for answering, I felt relieved from it. Today (April 6), I noticed some brown discharge (not sticky, just kind of in bits and now it's like old blood) from me and I can't help but think, could it be from the emergency contraception I took?
I also finally talked about this with my boyfriend yesterday. He was sorry and promised that he'll never try to have sex with me again if I'm really uncomfortable with it. He also offered to pay me for the pill.

Hello there, Zzzjtj!
Yes, the brown discharge you've noticed could be a side effect of the emergency contraception. The change in your hormone levels from the pill can cause light bleeding/spotting outside of your period.
I'm glad to hear that your boyfriend has offered to pay for the pill, and that he has apologized for trying to have sex with you when you were not comfortable with it. I have to say, it is a little concerning to hear about that last bit. Do you often feel pressure from him to have sex or do other activities when you are uncomfortable? Do you feel like you can tell your boyfriend about your preferences or say no to something and have that be respected?
