Hi, apologies in advance. I am sure you have many similar questions but I could not find one exactly like my situation.

Earlier my partner and I were doing penetration sex (p in v.) They wanted to rest first. At that point they didn’t ejaculate any semen yet, and so they pulled out of my vagina, but the condom got left there, the base ring hanging from the opening. It’s like my vagina held on to the condom.

According to my period app tracker I’m in a potential fertile day but haven’t ovulated yet, haven’t had signs of ovulation discharge either. I also decided to take One Step Plan B around 7-9 hours after. Am I still at risk of pregnancy? And for education, would I still be at risk even if I didn’t take Plan B? Thank you so much….

You are definitely at a very low risk for pregnancy at the moment, considering that there was no ejaculate and that you took Plan B. I would say that in this specific situation, the risk would stay low even without the Plan B, because there was not ejaculate, and the condom likely did its job to provide a barrier for other fluids like pre-ejaculate.
This would be a good time for your partner and you to check in around condom fit and application, just to make sure everything is fitting correctly (snug). Another cause for a condom "staying in" like that is lack of vaginal lubrication, so you might also try adding a bit of lube.
