I’m scared about myself

The past few days I’ve felt really bad for no reason that I can think of. A few hours ago my brain started to feed me ideas such as ‘if you sexualize yourself on the internet you’ll get the attention you want’ but I know that it’s not going to work out for me no matter what way I do it. I genuinely am scared of how this seems to only be getting worse

Can you say what seems to be getting worse for you, Gravity? I'm not clear on what you're saying and what you're asking for help with. Thanks.

The feelings of being left out are getting worse. Like I feel so isolated from people that I’m practically willing to do anything to be validated

Hey there Gravity,

This feels totally understandable. Validation and attention are normal things to want from people around you, and to feel you're not getting enough could reasonably lead anyone to this conclusion. Do you have people around you who you might reach out to before doing somehting like this? Friends, classmates, family...?

As well, is there anything in particular that could help us support you through this right now? Do you feel like you mostly just want a listener and a place to talk it out, or help figuring something more specific out?

I’m not sure what anyone can do to help. I don’t really have friends, I’ve never been good at making them, and I just feel like crap because of all the issues I’m going through

I’m really sorry to hear you are feeling like this, Gravity, and especially that you feel so alone in it.

Can you think of some things that generally help you feel better or distract yourself in times like this? This can be things like talking to a family member, watching a favourite show, taking a walk or having a long bath, drawing, journaling etc. Do you also maybe want to tell us more about those issues you are facing?
