If you have assaulted someone or caused intentional harm to another person, this would not be a place where we could talk about it. We don't have the appropriate resources or tools to do that here.
If you are experiencing rumination or are stuck on fearful thoughts of having caused harm, which with the limited information in this post seems potentially like what's going on, we're also probably not the best place to talk about it. Something we really can't do is offer endless reassurance of "you're not an abuser/assaulter." It doesn't usually actually help.
Is therapy feeling insufficient, or is there something else going on that makes you want to talk about this elsewhere?
