Hi all,
The last week, when I have tried accessing the message board on my phone it blocks me
(I am a laptop know.)

It says:

(403)

Sorry you have being blocked from viewing this page.


The website is using a security service to protect itself from online
attacks. You performed a action that triggered the service to block
your request.

Does anyone else have this problem have I done something wrong thats got me banned??

While I'm a volunteer here at Scarleteen, I'm not too familiar with how the website decides what is a security issue. Sorry about that!

We're going to get in touch with our tech team and hopefully get this sorted soon. It sounds like you aren't only person experiencing this recently.

Do you mind letting me know what kind of phone you have, what operating system it's running on (like Apple iOS), and what browser you've used to try and access the boards? I will pass that info on to the tech team.

My phone is a Apple and I have tried accessing the boards via google.
My phone still can't access the boards.
There is no big rush I am actually going camping with some friends until Monday as its a bank holiday in the UK so probably won't be looking at Scarleteen but thanks for all your help!

I'm going to be dropping you an email to the address you registered with, btw. It would be really helpful if we could get the IP address your phone is using when you try and access the boards using the phone.
