I was wondering if you can get fingered with a guy having precum on his finger, can you get pregnant? I've read the articles & it says you can't because its indirect. But what about it being indirect doesnt cause a pregnancy? I've read on other websites that pregnancy could still be possible because its being inserted. But why do you say otherwise?

We say it because sperm, if they are in the pre-cum, are fragile, and they need specific conditions to help create a pregnancy that just aren't going to happen if they're on a persons hand. You can read more about that here:

So if a guy gets precum on his fingers, sperm are too fragile to live, so they die? so thats why inserting your fingers into a vagina with precum doesnt impregnate you because the sperm would have been damaged?
