I have a very simple question. While penetrating someone, should you thrust from the knees or the hips? (Cut me some slack.... I've never had a dick before

) also if there are any other general physical tips for penetration lmk. For some context I'm afab and using a strap for the first time.
Cheers,

Hey bricknmortar! There isn't really a "should" for how you thrust with your strap on, since what works for someone may not work for you. Depending on how you and your partner are positioned, there might be positions that require you to move your knees more and positions that require you to move your hips more. Also, sometimes what feels better for you is something you learn along the way. You might find this piece useful for more on positions:

As for insertive sex (which is a more positive, less violent alternative to describe this kind of sex), it's a good idea to keep the dildo or penis wrapped in a condom and lubricated, regardless of the body part of the person receiving the insertion. Wrapping your dildo with a condom helps with hygiene--especially if can't be sterilized by boiling--whereas lube helps with making insertion smoother. Check out these articles:

Interesting! I suppose that is logical. Nice to see another aromantic!
Iām excited about it! It's fun and I really like being able to focus on my partners pleasure and hedonism. Service toppings ftw.
Thanks for the resources.
