So when I was a teenager around 16/17 I masturbated peeking threw my window to other teenagers younger than me and this has really affected my ocd now that im older and realise how wrong this was is this a normal thing to do in the hole puberty / hormonal stages off teenage exploration thanks again any advice would be welcomed

Given how much time has passed since this happened -- decades -- and given that you're saying that this is primarily an issue with your OCD, it sounds to me like your best bet is to have a conversation about this with the healthcare provider or providers you see for your OCD treatment.

That aside, no, it is not uncommon for people of any age to look at other people while they masturbate, whether that's photos, video, or people outside a window. That isn't about hormones or puberty, it's just something people do sometimes. It also doesn't harm anyone, so long as the person masturbating is themselves private, rather than say, masturbating where the people they are looking at can see them without consenting to be watching someone masturbate.

This makes perfect sence now all I needed was some reassurance from a wise person as living with ocd can sometimes make your wise side foggy and you just need to hear things from others perspectives Thanks so much for helping me threw this
