On June 28, I had sexual activity with my partner. We attempted anal sex using a condom, but it was not successful/penetration did not really proceed properly. The condom was on during these attempts, and I did not ejaculate at any point during anal sex.
After the anal attempt, I removed the condom. There was no vaginal intercourse and no ejaculation into the vagina at any time.
After this, there was a short period of about 1–2 minutes while she was getting dressed. During this time, I briefly touched and rubbed my penis with my hand. My hand was exposed to air during this time and was not wet with semen or any visible fluid.
Afterwards, my partner briefly touched my penis with her hand, and her other hand was also in contact with my testicles.
At the very end, I used my left hand to finger her vagina briefly. Before this, she had touched my left hand after touching my penis, but there was a time gap of about 1–2 minutes, and my left hand was dry with no visible semen or wetness when I used it.
There was no penis-in-vagina intercourse at any point.

From your explanation, it doesn't sound like pregnancy can occur here, as some time had passed between your touching your penis and inserting your fingers into her vagina. Especially when your hand had been dry throughout the entire touching. Does this answer your question?
