Hi Kimctv,

It sounds like you're concerned about the effect that masturbation without orgasm can cause and if "training your body" to not orgasm is possible. First, I want to just ease that anxiety by telling you that no, it is not possible to "train" your body to not orgasm through the kind of stimulation you're describing. Sexual arousal and orgasm are processes the body can experience as reactions to sexual stimulation (physical, mental, emotional). To experience sexual arousal (i.e, feeling good, liking certain sensations) without orgasm does not impair your ability to then experience orgasm at a later date when you want to or feel ready.

I also want to add that, although we normally think about sexual arousal and orgasm as only physical experiences, our psychological state does really impact your ability to feel relaxed, comfortable, and happy (all things that increase the likelihood for orgasm). So if orgasm is a "goal" for you, I worry that you might be putting extra mental pressure on yourself, which can sometimes make it even harder to feel at ease. Instead of focusing on orgasm, I recommend focusing on just the things you already experience: feeling good, relaxed, and enjoying what you already like. Orgasm will be there, when your body feels ready.
