Which porn is alright?

Is hentai alright to watch? I’m currently on no fap, I plan to go 3 months without porn. After I pass I would like to watch hentai. But I don’t want to feel depressed, tired, and out of motivation all the time. After I finish no fap can I return to watching hentai in moderation? Also does 18+ ai chat bot count as porn if it’s just text?

Welcome to the boards, Jack. "No fap" and other frameworks like it aren't legitimate, and anti-masturbation shaming of any kind is also something we know to do harm to people and their sexualities. We can't help you with how to adhere to this scam.
