Light period, cause for worry?

My menstrual period this month came about 6 days late. I've never had cycles exceeding 31 days before. Also, it just lasted for one single day and was so light it barely filled a sanitary pad. I always have had a period lasting 4-5 days and a heavy one. My last period(After a potential pregnancy scare)was normal. So, is this change something I should worry about, or just erratic?
