First time sex (Bi-Sexual)?

Hello,

I am 14 and my partner is 15. Both of us are girls and are Bi-Sexual. We are thinking about having safe sex sometime soon. Both of us have never had sex before (with a guy or girl) This is our first relationship. Are we at risk for STI's? Neither of us have been tested. Both of our parents' are very strict and conservative and we wanted to wait until we were more serious to tell them about our relationship. I am asking because I've only been able to find articles about STI's for people who have had sex before. Anything helps!

Thank you

Hi Galaxysugar,

Kudos for taking time to figure out what you need to do to be safe before engaging in sexy stuff :) We've addressed a question similar to yours here, so you can check that out for details:

Too, it's good to start building safer sex habits now, even in situations where the risks are quite low. We've got some info on how to have safe sex if you're in a girl/girl relationship (I am assuming you're both cis women, if not please correct me). Would you like those articles as well?
