Skin hanging out of my vagina

Hi. I am 22 years old girl. I feel like something is hanging out of my vagina. It doesn't hurt. I am still a virgin. Though I hv been masturbating fr a few years now. The skin hanging becomes dry and sometimes sticks to my undies. If I push it in, it comes out. Is it something normal? Does everyone go through this? Thus is really freaking me out.. The first thing I want to do here is make sure we're using the right words for the right things -- so I can have some sense of what may be the deal with this -- since people often aren't. :)

When you say vagina, do you mean the canal inside your body, through the vaginal opening? Or are you using that word to describe all of your genitals?
