Vaginal Burning
Occasionally, the area around my vagina burn just a little bit. Could this be because it is dry? I know for a fact that it's not an STD and it doesn't itch or smell any weirder than usual. I've been having a lot of discharge recently (I'm getting my period soon). Any help?

Re: Vaginal Burning
It could be irritation due to dryness, or something like a yeast infection. If you're having more discharge than usual and experiencing burning, it would be a good idea to see a healthcare provider.

Re: Vaginal Burning
Just to also make sure this is clear, most of the time, with most STIs, people will NOT have noticeable symptoms like itching or a funky smell. The only way most people find out they have one is through testing.
