New Article confusion?

So first of all, i LOVE the new article on bc and drug interactions, its super useful for alot of us!!
i do have a question though..in the article it states that some bcp's can be affected by indigestion medicines such as gaviscon..does this include methods such as the implant? the article wasnt very clear, and it is something ive been wondering, since i do sometimes have to take gaviscon.

From thinking about it, I'd say no. My reasoning is:
Gaviscon is a medication that acts inside the stomach. The pill goes into the stomach. Other hormonal methods do not. So they won't be affected.

What do you think? Does that make sense?

That article is specifically about combined homronal methods: the pill, patch or ring. The implant is not a combined hormonal method.
