I'm a little curious on how I can learn about my body. Are there any ways for guys to masterbate that will feel better than the standard fist ?

Masturbation, just like any other sexual activity, is going to be different for everyone. It can also be different for the same person from time to time. The only way to know what works better for you is just trying, you know? That way you can know what you like and what not and also you can have fun in the process. :P
