I googled it & it sort of sounded like I found my cervix???????????? And then I googled some more and apparently you really aren't supposed to do what I did,,,,,,,,,,,,er,,,,,,,,, help,,,

Hi Person333
What you felt may not have been your cervix, since that's all the way at the back, not an inch or so in. More likely what you felt was your corona (aka your hymen). I think you might find these two pieces helpful right about now
Innies & Outies: The Vagina, Clitoris, Uterus and More
My Corona: The Anatomy Formerly Known as the Hymen & the Myths That Surround It
As for cramps, if you're near the period part of your cycle, they could be PMS. Or they could be totally unrelated to anything involving your genitals, since you can get cramps for all kinds of reasons.

Sam, I'm sorry to butt in, but my cervix is certainly no further than one or two inches in, so that can be normal.

For sure, how far back the cervix is both depends on the person, the angle, where someone is at in their fertility cycle, etc. And sometimes it absolutely can be right up front.
You can't push through the cervix, but you can go around it.
