The Pill and Vaccines

Hey Sexperts!

I was just wondering, do preventative vaccines (those required by schools) decrease the Pill's effectiveness in any way. I would ask my Dr. but my mother is coming to my routine check up today and doesn't know that I am on the pill, so I can't tell my Dr. about it. I'm really nervous about my appointment today because I want to be honest but I cannot risk my mother finding out about my sexual activity and the doctor is a family friend.
