I'm 25 years old, and over the past year I've started using masturbation as a regular part of my self-care for the first time. During the past few months, I've noticed my menstrual cycle has shorted by about 10 days. This seems very unusual to me. Is it just a result of growing older, or can masturbation shorten my cycle and why?

Masturbation doesn't affect the menstrual cycle, no. Cycles do shift and change over the years, though, so it's likely that you're just going through one of those changes now.
