Urination Vs. Sperm in Pre-ejaculate
So, I am mainly wondering if pre-ejaculate naturally contains sperm, or if it contains no sperm at all unless there is leftover sperm in the urethra from previous ejaculation. Also, I am curious to know if the theory that the acidity of urine does, in fact, kill the sperm in the urethra and/or flush the sperm out is true? If so, does it take one urination or many urinations to do so? I have seen so much information that conflicted with each other, and I'm hoping to get a sure answer here. Thank you!
