what helps relieve period cramps besides otc pain relievers??

I'm sorry if you're asking this right now because you're in pain. :( Cramps really can be the worst sometimes.

This piece -- http://www.scarleteen.com/article/advic ... t_the_pill -- gives a lot of options when it comes to both preventing, dialing down, or otherwise dealing with cramps.
