what should your genitals look like?

I was feeling a bit odd down there and when I checked it I noticed that what I think is my clitoris has a hole in it. I also noticed that the inner lips of my vagina are discoloured compared to the rest of my genitals. Is this a cause for concern? Thanks.

The clitoris is both internal and external, and none of it will have a hole in it. Too, it's very common for the inner labia to have differences in color compared to the rest of the genitals.
