cuts and STI

Hi. I had a small cut on my chest on Friday. Yesterday I forgot about it and went to a gay sauna. I played with a guy. We didn't do much apart from kissing, hugging and licking... not even oral sex. He did suck my nipples and stick his cock around my nipples. He didn't cum. Afterwards I remembered the cut and got worried. The cut was very small, still visibly red, but no bleeding at all. Is it possible for me to catch any STI from what I have done? Also more generally, is it possible to catch STI from small cuts on the body? Thanks!
