anxiety & pregnancy

pretty stupid question but I need some reassurance. I had sex with my bf some time ago, I'm not on the pill but I used spermicidal condoms and lube. my bf didn't cum inside of me and we used the condoms. two days later I started my period. I have really bad anxiety too so I keep noticing things about my body like increased urination and peculiar nipples. could I be pregnant?
