Pretty sure not pregnant but suspicious symptoms?

okay so my boyfriend was fingering me with my underwear still on and after awhile he asked if he could take out his penis I didn't see the harm so I said okay and then things got heated and he came on my left hip and stomach some touching the underwear band but just the band, I was laying down when this happened and he was kind of above me on the side of the couch. he gave me some napkins, I sat up and immediately dried everything off. when he was in the bathroom taking care of himself, I took some of the water on the coffee table ( it was cold but not freezing ) and washed over where he came, my panty band, and then my pubes and vulva (like clit area) just in case. this was three days before ovulation and I'm now 2 dpo and I've had this weird nausea come out of nowhere. it's not too awful like I want to throw up but my stomach feels like how it feels when I'm nervous and it hurts a little but not like cramps like if I poke it in upper areas. I know pregnancy is very unlikely but I can't explain the nausea. :( please help in really worried

to add: I can't sleep that well because I'm so freaked out and I felt a kind of pain in my right pelvic region and I'm very worried now

okay thank you that was a help! and I talked to my mom about my symptoms and she reminded me that I had some left over seafood about a day 1/2 old and that it wouldn't surprise her that I had food poisoning and so I look up the symptoms and sure enough! and food poisoning also covered my pelvic pain so I am now reassured. thank you, onionpie!
