Semen in the thrash can ?!

Hey guys, really sorry to bother you again, but I gave been having a terrible pregnancy scare for almost a whole week.

What happened was that I threw something away in the thrash can in the bathroom and accidently touched some of the stuff thrown inside or the walls of the thrash can. Then I decided it was nothing to worry about and used the bathroom (peed) and wiped myself with the same hand I used earlier.

However, I noticed that there was a piece of transperant wrapping paper in the thrash can and it had something white on it and I thought it was semen..I am terrified that I may have touched it and it may have really been semen and I could get pregnant from wiping myself. I'm really sorry if I sound too ridiculous, but this terrifies me and I need some help.
