Precum on shirt contacts vagina??

Hey guys,
So today my girlfriend and I were having sex. We *always* use condoms and use them correctly, all the time.
However, while she was using her hands to get me erect, I noticed a pea sized blob of Precum leak onto the shirt I was wearing. Didn't really think much about it. I had ejactulated the previous night but urinated multiple times before this encounter.
However, a few minutes later, when we were inserting the condom-covered penis, I noticed my shirt may have gently brushed her vagina. I'm really worried that the Precum on my shirt could still have viable sperm that could transfer to her vagina and cause a pregnancy.
I know this form says that Precum from your fingers is usually not an issue, but it's never mentioned penis to shirt to vagina. Isn't that basically a direct exposure?
I'm really worried, and she's taken Plan B three times in the past year so I'm a little scared to go this route (I hear it's a bad idea to do it a ton of times). Plus its expensive ($50 around here).
Most things I find in here are for whether semen can travel through clothes, not what it can do if it's on the outside of your clothes and touches the Vaginal region. Am I being dumb? Should I worry about this at all? Thanks so much
