Interactive anxiety/stress self-care website

I ran across this site today and thought it would be helpful to share, especially with so many of our users struggling with anxiety right now. It's a walk-through that takes you through several potential sources of worry or low moods and offers specific suggestions for each issue, so it's a bit more targeted than general, catch-all self-care lists. This is especially likely to be helpful if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed and not sure where to start.

Take a look, and even if you're feeling ok at the moment, it might be worth bookmarking so you can find it if you need it in the future. :)

As a testimonial, I actually found that site helpful on a number of occasions :) . The way it walks you through, at least for me, helps me really stop and think about what might be driving my feelings at that moment. I definitely recommend trying it at least once to see if it works for you.
