feel like I'm going to throw up

Hello again, sorry to bother you but ever since 2 nights ago I feel sick to my stomach like cramps and I feel like I'm gonna throw up but I can't, I sleep but then wake up two hours later because my stomach is killing me. And sometimes it stops but then it comes again. Maybe it's because of something I ate? What do you think this might be? How do you think I can stop it?

Hi Doglover,

It is possible this is related to PMS as nausea is a common symptom. We can't know for sure, so if you continue to experience discomfort or develop new symptoms that concern you then it is best to check in with your doctor as Mo suggested!
