It depends on your particular situation; if you're with a partner and sexual activity isn't possible, there are other forms of intimacy that you can engage in (we have info on that here: Intimacy: The Whys, Hows, How-Nots, and So-Nots). If you're by yourself you can masturbate. And sometimes the best or only available option is to just sit with that feeling of wanting sex, and maybe the disappointment of not being able to at the moment, until it passes.
